Hand it into your respective HR department with a doctor's note confirming your expected date of delivery (EDD).

To apply for paternity leave you will need to complete the standard leave form and supply a copy of your child's birth certificate. If the birth certificate is not available then you can use the doctor's note stating the EDD and supply the birth certificate when available.

Maternity leave: 4 months.

Your contract will need to be extended if you take maternity leave.
Ishmael, Zama and Dr Moola will also need to be notified as your rotations will need to be adjusted as well.
