Registration Tips
How do I register with the university?
We may forget that we have once again become students albeit post-graduate ones. We are both employed by the Department of Health and enrolled as Masters Students through WITS university.
You therefore, need to register annually with the university. This may be done online via the WITS student self-service portal after your first year of study.
On first entering the registrar programme, you will need to complete this registration form and submit it to the postgraduate office at the Phillip V Tobias Building (situated next to medical school, at the bottom of the hill). Your contact person in this regard is Palesa Khumalo - Palesa.Khumalo@wits.ac.za.

You are also eligible for a small pay increase annually. To apply for this, complete this form and submit to the HR at your hospital of employment.
Alternatively, you may have the HoD (Prof Motara) sign a letter acknowledging that you have completed first, second or third year of registrar time and this may be submitted to HR
